  • Position: Shipping Team Leader

SHIPPING TEAM LEADER

Overview:
The Shipping Team Leader at Sonova Canada oversees work distribution within the team, ensuring efficient organization and monitoring of workflow.


What you'll do:

  • Verify all orders prior to shipment and ensure timely delivery
  • Enforce adherence to processes and protocols
  • Maintain organized file systems
  • Monitor and regulate workload distribution in the team
  • Uphold a clean and safe work environment
  • Address and resolve issues with ordered items in consultation with customer service
  • Communicate and resolve invoicing discrepancies
  • Optimize picking processes for efficiency
  • Coordinate with inventory teams to address availability concerns
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve delivery issues and adjust orders as required
  • Document and enforce shipping work procedures
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ESD guidelines
  • Investigate and implement solutions for quality issues in coordination with team leads
  • Maintain professional communication with teams and management
  • Fulfill any additional duties as delegated by the Line Manager

  • High school Diploma
  • 12 years of warehouse experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Leadership abilities with a talent for motivating teams
  • Proactive and hands-on with a focus on performance

  • Team player with minimal supervision requirements
