We partner with sales organizations and address technology challenges related to achieving process automation and improving transparency in their sales operations and incentive compensation processes.


Responsibilities
As a Professional Services Manager, you'll be working with our services team and clients on various types of engagements


This includes:

  • Demonstrate confidentability to manage a team of 68 people;
  • Possess strong leadership skills, confident communicational skills, and consistently display professional mannerisms;
  • Monitor and evaluate efficiency of team members per project, effective task delegation between workloads;
  • Conduct meetings with Managers and Directors, report project status, onboarding, assessments, and overall department progression;
  • Create and foster positive work culture, ensure and encourage a profitable service department;
  • Provide and track action plans surrounding constructive feedback to drive employee growth and productivity;
  • Provide a strong channel of communication and rapport development between internal team and external clients for future engagements;
  • Support and provide clarification for internal team and external clients through effective listening and conflict resolution;
  • Manage and monitor completion of service requests, tickets, number of hours utilized, progression of projects, and hard deadlines;

Skills/Experience

  • 510 years' experience managing service deployment projects;
  • Recognized College/University Bachelor's Degree in Business Technology Management, Computer Sciences, Mathematics,or a related field;
  • Practical handson experience with Varicent, Xactly, CallidusCloud, Optymyze, SQL, JavaScript, Rest API, and Python is an asset;
  • Experience in Sales Performance Management or related field;
  • Strong capability to lead Services Team growth and monitor Services Team quality of work;
  • Demonstrate professional and clear communication both verbally and written;
  • Proactive in operational restructuring to achieve project goals, reduce business costs and improve internal service functions;
  • Possess stellar leadership, managerial, and mentorship skills
