Description
We are looking for a

System Integration Specialist based in the Vancouver area. This will be a hybrid position - we are a tight knit team and enjoy collaborating in-person.


We are a cross-functional team that is responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our product with various customer environments.

We follow big-data flow from various sources into Imperva's data lake. You will explore, monitor, report and debug systems running on local & cloud environments.

The Opportunity:


  • Explore, Integrate and Verify various data sources with our products.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues arising from the integration of data sources and our products
  • Collaborate with various local and global teams on identifying issues and resolving them.
  • Take ownership of various projects and efforts involving multiple teams.
  • Take on the customer's point of view and make our products even better.
  • Create, update and review technical documentation.

Qualifications:


  • College graduate with an Associates or Bachelor's Degree

Preferred qualifications - Knowledge in any of the following is an advantage:

  • Knowledge or/and experience working with various Databases (SQL/no-SQL), File systems and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AliCloud).
  • Experience in a tech environment (development, QA, support).
  • Programming experience: Bash, Python, JavaScript.
  • Experience composing, editing or reviewing technical documentation.
  • Linux is your goto operating system
