    In accordance with STF Provincial Collective Agreement.

    The successful applicant will have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and educational background:

    Must hold or be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate

    Previous successful school administration experience considered an asset.

    Ability to work co-operatively with a strong school leadership team when:

    Creating a Learning Organization

    Developing People

    Leading the Instructional Program

    A Reflective Practitioner

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    A high degree of emotional intelligence combined with a growth mindset.

    Demonstrated ability to engage and involve a variety of stakeholder groups in the life of a school.

    Excellent leadership capacity with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with GSSD Strategic Plan

    Commitment to the Indigenous culture and ancestry
