Primary Job Functions

Allocate work to Mechanics based on their expertise and certification
Create estimates
Prioritize and assign work to meet customers needs
Track and assess work orders and manpower in realtime
Monitor repair costs and labour to align with estimates
Manage status of back counter work orders and work order location

Qualifications

Great customer service both in person and over the phone
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
Confidence using computer software in the planning and execution of work
Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
Selfstarter and able to work in a fastpaced, detailed, and processdriven environment
Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
