The Opportunity:


  • Manage the Kt content calendar and a team of fulltime and parttime contributors, ensuring alignment and consistency across channels that ladders up to larger brand strategy and goals
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance for our social channels and team, ensuring we continue to raise the bar and expand our audience through innovative, teenrelevant content
  • Lead the ideation and strategic execution of our YouTube and blog channels, including SEO best practices
  • Spearhead Kt's community building efforts by supporting the launch of new engagement channels and activities
  • Manage relationships with freelancers who contribute to the creation of content for our YouTube, blog, and community channels
  • Coordinate with crosschannel stakeholders on content planning, product launches, and brand initiatives to ensure transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness in our messaging
  • Monitor and report on channel performance in order to make informed decisions and recommendations on how to improve and iterate to reach our goals

Qualifications:


  • You have 5+ years of experience in editorial strategy and/or content planning for online publications/digital channels and familiarity with building online communities
  • You are experienced in the oversight of crosschannel content planning and execution, from conception to publication, and working collaboratively across teams to bring strategy to life
  • You have previous experience managing people or a team
  • You have a good understanding of SEO best practices and are adept at navigating relevant tools for keyword research
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills and are a skilled project manager with topnotch organizational skills
  • You have experience using data from relevant content channels to inform your decisions and determine the best next steps
  • You are uptodate on the latest trends across social and digital platforms and have a pulse on the behaviors and preferences of Gen Z
  • You have a knowledge and passion for menstrual wellbeing and equity
