Job summary
I'm looking to hire multiple YouTube thumbnail designers for ongoing white-label work.This is NOT for basic or generic thumbnails.
I need high-impact, viral-style thumbnails inspired by top creators like MrBeast, Airrack, IShowSpeed, and modern YouTube trends.
- Design YouTube thumbnails in a viral / high-CTR style
- Follow very specific directions and creative briefs
- Make client-requested revisions when needed
- Deliver clean, professional PSD/PNG files
