Description

Guardian Legal Consultants LLP is a boutique litigation and corporate law firm seeking a bookkeeper to join its growing team.


  • Working closely with the office manager;
  • Reporting to the firm's accountant;
  • Preparing bank reconciliations and trust reconciliations;
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable;
  • Invoicing and collections;
  • Payroll;
  • File management;
  • Running reports;
  • Other duties as assigned by the partners.
Proficiency with Xero is an asset.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
