Material Handling Clerk
Are you an energetic, self-motivated individual who loves working independently but can also work well with others? If so, we would love to have you join our team as a motivated Material Handling Clerk

Responsibilities:

The Material Handling Clerk reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for:

Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products to warehouse
Move materials to and from loading docks, trucks, storage, and production areas.
Identify and label materials, update locations record, and maintain inventory accurately.
Deliver Raw & WIP materials to production work centers, pulling, consolidating, and putaway.
Operate Material Handling Equipment such as sitdown or standup lift trucks, pallet jack, etc.
Perform and report cycle counts, participate in safety, continuous improvement events.
Comply with all warehouse/production safety and quality rules and guidelines.
Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse/production, yard, parking, and storage centers.
Understand the basics of warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory management processes.

Qualifications

Basic math skills | Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance on a frequent basis.
Strong attention to details | Forklift certified experience| Interpersonal skills.
Basic computer software skills: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Excellent verbal & writing communication English skills | Legal status to work in Canada.

Preferred

Able to work shift work or Over-Time when required | Able to stand for extended periods.
Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision | Customer service and safety focused.
