About the Role

Senior Technical Producer drives the delivery of ambitious digital innovations and guides world‑class production teams to define the future of digital interaction. This strategic position orchestrates complex, end‑to‑end productions—spanning immersive web experiences, AI‑driven workflows, real‑time game development, and Augmented and Virtual Reality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full production lifecycle of digital campaigns, ranging from small‑scale activations to large‑scale interactive websites and immersive experiences.
• Take full ownership of project financials; quote and budget digital projects accurately and establish realistic costs and timings.
• Act as the central hub for communication between international offices, creative teams, and technical developers, ensuring everyone is aligned.
• Utilize management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet) to plan resources, track progress, and mitigate risks in real‑time.
• Oversee the technical pipelines for web and app‑based projects, including WebGL, AR/VR, and emerging AI integrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with top‑tier clients and lead the production of their ideas.
• Navigated fast‑paced environments with resilience, adapting quickly to changes while keeping the team focused on delivery.

About You

The Essentials

• 7+ years of high‑level experience in digital production, ideally serving as a senior producer at a digital production company or agency.
• Proven experience producing interactive campaigns using modern web technologies (WebGL, ) and immersive applications (Unity, Unreal Engine).
• Experience with web‑based AR (e.g., 8th Wall, Niantic) and an understanding of the 2D/3D asset pipelines required to support them.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and how they can be applied to production workflows for efficiency or creative asset generation.
• Evident management skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently without compromising quality.
• Strong financial acumen; comfortable owning the budget and understanding implications of technical decisions on the bottom line.
• Excellent planning and communication skills, with mastery of project management software (Jira experience is a must).

Not a Must, but a Plus

• Production experience with Metaverse or gaming platforms such as Roblox, Horizon Worlds, or UEFN (Fortnite).
• Experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, Midjourney, etc.) into creative or technical workflows.
• understanding of frontend coding languages to better converse with developers.

Salary Range$90,000—$107,500 CAD
