Skills and Responsibilities:

Experience in implementing field service transformation programs with specialization in Oracle field service (OFSC) and order management.
- Field service domain in telecom space covering planning, dispatch, capacity management, work order management and scheduling.
- Translate business goals/challenges into technology roadmaps and architecture design with an expertise in telecom field service domain.
- Engage with business stakeholders and conduct discovery workshops for requirements elicitation, write functional specifications, BRD, user stories.
- Business consulting, advisory services, process consulting & business analysis.
- Advises, leads and works on high impact activities within the system development lifecycle and provides advisory work for IT function related to telecom field service.
- Analytical, problem solving, research skills, stakeholders' management and relationship building abilities
Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
