Food Services Cook - Casual/Part Time

Located at 372 Aberdeen Road, Bridgewater, Ridgewood accommodates approximately 60 residents. Each resident has a furnished private suite with a spacious private en suite. Double rooms are available for couples. Ridgewood has a fully staffed kitchen and a large well-appointed dining room for home-cooked meals. Our staff and residents have access to beautiful landscaped property with comfortable garden spaces.

Open Position - We are seeking one (1) Part Time Food Services Cook

Some expected duties:

Maintain quality standards of food and beverage service by preparing and presenting menu items according to company standards.
Ensure clean and orderly workspace by adhering to public health codes, sanitation and safety policies.
Verify product stock and rotate as necessary, informing supervisor of item(s) and/or equipment(s) that needs to be fixed, replaced and/or ordered; may be responsible for ordering of regular stock.
Complete approved closing duties at the end of each day.
Maintain effective communication skills by interacting professionally with coworkers and residents.
May be required to assist in training other food service staff.
