We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at the Bizarre Gastro Pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of excellence and food safety regulations. cooks with experience working on hot line, cooking steaks and pizzas will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and maintain efficient workflow.
• Help in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks to uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is a must.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
