    As a Replenishment Associate - Walmart - at Gillyboo Corporation, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels across our allocated stores.

    You will utilize data analysis, forecasting techniques, and supply chain knowledge to ensure timely replenishment of products and minimize out-of-stock situations.

    This position requires experience with Retail Link, meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Monitoring and Analysis:

    • Monitor inventory levels and sales data to identify trends and patterns.
    • Analyze historical data and sales forecasts to predict future demand for products.
    • Utilize inventory management software and tools to track stock levels and replenishment needs.

    Replenishment Planning:

    • Develop replenishment strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
    • Generate replenishment orders based on sales forecasts, lead times, and inventory targets.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centers to ensure timely delivery of products.

    Order Fulfillment:

    • Complete SSO's and coordinate to replenish stock.
    • Monitor order status and follow up on any delays or discrepancies.
    • Ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise into the inventory system.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with merchandising, planning, and logistics teams to align replenishment efforts with overall business goals.
    • Communicate effectively with store managers and associates to address any inventory issues or concerns.
    • Participate in crossfunctional meetings to share insights and coordinate initiatives.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities to improve replenishment processes and systems.
    • Implement best practices to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
    • Proactively address any operational inefficiencies or bottlenecks.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ Years Experience with Walmart Supply Chain and Retail Link (Inventory management, replenishment, operations), Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and inventory forecasting techniques.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
    • Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, and reporting (e.g., Retail Link, SAP, Oracle).
