What's the role?
As an
Associate Consultant at RAVL you will work directly with a member of the RAVL leadership team.

They will work with you to understand your skill level and identify the best opportunities for you to develop your capabilities and technical expertise.


This is a unique opportunity for 1:1 coaching to accelerate your professional development and turn you into a highly capable leader.

You will be assigned tasks that are challenging, require critical thinking, and, most importantly, will be paired with structured feedback to drive your growth.


A typical day at RAVL


A typical day at RAVL varies for our Associate Consultants depending on the needs of the leader they are assigned to.


You may be asked to:

  • Support the leader on client projects by conducting research, synthesizing information, coordinating timelines, and drafting materials
  • Define and lead internal projects under the guidance of your assigned leader to support the Advisory practice
  • At times lead small workstreams for client engagements in collaboration with RAVL consultants and Technical Experts
  • Additional needs will arise as we work together, all with the intent of Building Better

You're the person we're looking for if you are:

  • Passionate and eager to learn about established and emerging technology
  • Excellent at framing problems and asking probing questions to elicit key information
  • Able to build clear, wellstructured, flexible models in Excel
  • Able to tell a compelling story in PowerPoint
  • Relentlessly focused on the continuous improvement of your skills
  • A recent graduate with an aptitude for solving complex business problems
