**Job Title: Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology**

The Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology is responsible for achieving all territory sales goals through the promotion, sale and support of our new acne prescription products. They will report into the Regional Sales Manager, Medical Dermatology

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following**:

- Directing one-to-one communication with physicians and health care professionals in support of approved product indications
- Contacting medical professionals and competitively explaining features and benefits of products offered; including managing objections
- Communicating about and being a key touchpoint/resource in the patient access/benefit program
- Planning and organizing speakers' programs and other peer to peer activities in territory in partnership with Medical
- Leading execution of Lunch and Learn programs
- Communicating competitive market intelligence to brand teams and management
- Timely and accurate completion of all administrative expectations
- Responsible for complying with Canadian drug regulations (Health Canada. Innovative Medicines Canada regulations and Sun's Policies) relative to field drug promotion

- Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven track record demonstrating top sales accomplishments
- Ability to develop relationships with physicians, nurses and ancillary staff within academic hospitals, clinics and private practice facilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian healthcare system processes including reimbursement preferred
- Strong work ethic; ability to develop priorities and manage time appropriately
- Competent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must possess strong business acumen
- Works effectively with all members of a cross functional team
- Ability to travel, with occasional overnight stays as needed

Le directeur de territoire, Dermatologie médicale, est chargé d'atteindre tous les objectifs de vente du territoire grâce à la promotion, à la vente et au soutien de nos nouveaux produits d'ordonnance contre l'acné. Ils relèveront du directeur régional des ventes, dermatologie médicale

**Les responsabilités comprendront, mais sans s'y limiter, les éléments suivants**:

- Diriger la communication individuelle avec les médecins et les professionnels de la santé à l'appui des indications de produits approuvées
- Contacter des professionnels de la santé et expliquer de manière compétitive les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits proposés ; y compris la gestion des objections
- Communiquer et être un point de contact/ressource clé dans le programme d'accès/avantages pour les patients
- Planifier et organiser des programmes de conférenciers et d'autres activités entre pairs sur le territoire en partenariat avec Medical
- Diriger l'exécution des programmes Lunch and Learn
- Communiquer des informations concurrentielles sur le marché aux équipes de marque et à la direction
- Achèvement rapide et précis de toutes les attentes administratives
- Responsable de se conformer à la réglementation canadienne sur les médicaments (Santé Canada. Réglementation de Médicaments innovants Canada et politiques de Sun) relative à la promotion des médicaments sur le terrain
