Mostly, though, the key person we're looking for is someone who can blend smart strategic thinking with an ambition to find new and better ways to solve problems..
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of digital strategy projects and deliverables
- Creation of high performing fullfunnel campaign strategies across social, digital, CRM, and web
- Development of channel & creative briefs, and clientfacing POVs that lead to exceptional digital programs and creative a regular basis
- Formulating program performance benchmarks and measurement frameworks
- Proactively assessing performance of programs in partnership with stakeholders to create thoughtful recommendations to enhance results, and stewarding the updates through to implementation
- Guiding gotomarket strategy and/or channel planning for integrated campaigns
- Development and delivery of compelling presentations, including strategies and proposals
- Proactive development of digital strategy business through organic growth & netnew clients
Qualifications:
Great strategists can come from nearly any background, and some of the best start out with very non-traditional experience.
While digital advertising and marketing experience is a key factor, we are looking for people with demonstrated success in simplifying and presenting complex concepts, ideas and problems to deliver compelling solutions.
People who naturally excel at knowing where digital platforms are headed, how consumers continue to evolve their habits on them, and how to help shape the perfect brand content to reach, inspire, entertain and influence them.
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategyrelated roles
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- Background in strategy and tactical campaign planning in all touch points within the consumer journey, including but not limited to: Social, SEO, CRM, Web Development, & Influencer
- Able to demonstrate multiple case studies where your channel planning, audience insight, platform understanding & obsession for fine tuning creative, targeting, formats, and platforms have led to hard working, results driving campaigns
- High comfort level with research and data, both quantitative and qualitative
- Profound understanding of digital channels, tactics and content best practices
- Able to think in 'integrated'; not just great executions, but great experiences across an ecosystem
- Strong and enthusiastic presenter, with the ability to craft simple, compelling and impactful presentations
- Relentlessly curious, able to shift between theory and practice, and excited to learn at every possible opportunity
