    Status: Permanent Part Time (0.4 FTE) (X 5 Vacancies) – 15 Hours per week

    Schedule: Evenings/ Nights / Weekends [7.5 hr. shifts]

    Qualifications:
    • Knowledge acquired through the successful completion of a recognized PSW program which meet the current standards of the Ontario Ministry of Health & Long-Term Care Act
    • Working knowledge of Gentle Persuasive Approach (GPA) Behavioral Support Ontario (BSO) and a minimum of one-year experience in palliative
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Current CPR
    • Ability to understand, interpret and carry out the written and verbal instructions
    • Ability to set priorities
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team
    • Demonstrates the organization's values of Honesty, Accountability, Respect & Teamwork
    • Ability to perform duties and provide care in a manner that supports and complies with the Residents Bill of Rights
