Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators in daytoday production activities of composite materials.
Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and address any issues or deviations from quality standards.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Oversee inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of materials and components.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste
