Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and operators in daytoday production activities of composite materials.
- Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Monitor production processes and equipment to identify and address any issues or deviations from quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of materials and components.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste
Qualifications:
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Certification in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations related to carbon fiber production.
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems and robotics.
- Knowledge of ISO standards related to quality management systems.
Salary:
$30.00-$42.00 per hour
