Consulting Project Phase 1:

Provide an objective assessment of safety risks and sign off on the infrastructure plans for the DXA scanner room.
Provide guidance, assessments, and advice related to the safe administration of DXA scans.
Provide guest medical questionnaire to be administered to every patient, pre scan.
Review and advise on liablity waiver for patients.
Sign off on practitioner fitness to administer DXA per ministry guidelines.

Consulting Project Phase 2:

Provide a monthly oversight report and recommendations after review of site and equipment safety including review that scans are being administered per guidance provided in consulting Phase
Continue as named Radiation Protection Officer until a permanent qualified employee is found.
Assist in formal handover process for named title of Radiation Protection Officer.

Qualifications:

Licensed medical doctors or physicians recognized in Canada and/or
Chiropractor DC and/or
Radiation Officer and/or

About You:

Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and guidelines related to DXA or other xray technology to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Familiarity with DXAspecific software for data analysis and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits:

Consultation Phase 1: $5k.
Consultation Phase 2: $1k per month, ongoing.
Successful applicant will bill the company as an independant contractor
