The Service Enhancement (SE) team is a passionate group of innovative process improvement and project specialists within the Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Classification Services (TACCS) branch, who drive transformational change and continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition Services through creative-thinking and problem-solving, coupled with precision execution and performance measurement.
The team leads end-to-end operational change together in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and continually develop and execute on a service enhancement roadmap to ensure Talent Acquisition Services drives value to our clients across the Government of Alberta (GoA) today and into the future.

Your ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with others as you support data analysis and coordinate project work will be an asset as the Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator.
Reporting to a Service Enhancement Consultant, the Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator supports the design and delivery of talent acquisition project work.
This includes ongoing improvement of internal processes and practices, as well as ad-hoc projects supporting the unique needs of client groups across the Government of Alberta.
The Coordinator is the first contact for reporting needs within the Talent Acquisition Services branch, and for external stakeholders requesting data from the branch.
The role supports consultants in the creation and delivery of presentations and other communications to clients and other stakeholders.
The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator will be assigned individual tasks, such as preparing and analyzing data and drafting documents, reports, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum Standard Requirement:
University graduation in a related field; no experience required; or equivalent as described below.
Equivalency:
- Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:
- 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or
- 1 year of experience for 1 year of education.
- Experience in the following is considered an asset:
- Project coordination or project management.
- Process review and improvement.
- Drafting documents such as process maps, business reports, proposals and research papers.
- Using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and enterprise systems to collect, prepare, and analyze data.

Stakeholder engagement across these parties is required with maintenance of relationships across these units being vital to the ongoing success of the Service Enhancement Unit.
Salary:
$2,310.48 to $3,030.81 bi-weekly ($60,303 to $79,104/yearly)
Notes:
This is position is based in Edmonton, Alberta out of the Park Plaza Building. A hybrid work arrangement (work from home up to two days per week) will be considered.
