Description

We are a window covering manufacturer located in Scarborough. We are in need of an accounting bookkeeper for permanent full-time employment.

Minimum 3 years accounting experience. Training will be provided.

Specific skills required:
- reconcile accounts
- post journal entries
- maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- prepare cheques for payroll
- prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports
- prepare tax returns
- keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Knowledge of Simply Accounting, Quick books, excel and word.

Must have good English communication skills both written and verbal.

This position also requires helping office admin answer phone calls, speak with customers, place orders, processing payments, price quotes.

From $20.00 per hour
