- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly work schedule based on available man power, needed tasks and production schedule
- Coordinate scheduling activities and planning with Supervisor and production
- Assist supervisor in optimizing PM intervals, tasks
- Maintain the Computerized Maintenance System
- Generate and schedule work orders from PdM reports
- Assist in the maintenance and the analysis of the PdM reports
- Tracking, ordering (Ariba system), optimizing, cost analysis for Stores items.
- Pickup and deliver maintenance parts in emergencies.
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in daily purchasing and sourcing services and associated paperwork.
- Assist in collection ratio (% hours reported vs hours worked)
- Assist with Breakdowns/day
- Update/create SWI as needed/ Maintain Schedule IN SAP (CMMS)
- Facility maintenance and subcontractor follow-up (i.e. forklifts, hoists, fire system, civil and structural)
- Responsible for schedules and entries in time & attendance system and for vacation management for the Maintenance Department
- Maintain daily KPI recording, including NEW
- Work with and backup for Maintenance Supervisor and Project Engineering
- Direct Supervisor of the Stores position
- Work closely with Maintenance Supervisor to plan maintenance activities and inventory parts to improve maintenance performance in support of production and productivity improvement goals.

- Solid understanding of breakdown/PM/PdM tasks for effective scheduling
- High standards for best practices and quality of work
- Good safety record
- Post-secondary education with technical background – electrical, PLC's or mechanical
- 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Software: MS Word, Excel, CAD, computerized maintenance, database management, SAP (an asset)
