Job summary
The Office of the Student Ombuds (OSO) consists of three senior permanent staff, two undergraduate Ombuds Interns, and one graduate Ombuds Intern. The internship program trains and mentors University of Alberta students under the OSO Director's supervision.Responsibilities
- Provide information, advice, assistance, or referrals on any inquiries for assistance by members of the University community.
- Facilitate communication between students and University staff who have responsibility and authority to resolve specific problems.
