How does the role impact the organization?

What is the position responsible for?

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls;
  • Manage and maintain all paperwork;
  • Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents, and files;
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner;
  • Service clients' general daytoday requests;
  • Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments;
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
  • Initiate and manage a proactive social media campaign using corporate tools and format
  • Manage website & membership;

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; and
  • Postsecondary education.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Internet and business related software;
  • Work experience with use of Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube) within corporate guidelines, using Marketing provided toolbox
  • Organizational and problem solving skills;
  • The ability to learn independently;
  • A proactive selfstarter with a 'can do' attitude and the desire to take ownership of their position;
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail;
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks; and
  • Work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.

How to set yourself a part?

  • Previous experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an asset.
