    Summary

    The Partner Manager is responsible for introducing new and prospective clients to EconoLease's suite of financial products by developing strong relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. They will also maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Acting as the primary liaison, the Partner Manager drives customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by coordinating internal resources and providing strategic guidance.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with equipment dealers, serving as their trusted financing partner.
    • Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new dealer partners, using a hands-on, personalized approach to relationship-building.
    • Educate and train equipment dealer sales teams on the features and benefits of EconoLease's suite of financial products.
    • Work closely with dealer partners to progress financing deals, providing ongoing support to streamline transactions and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with internal teams - including credit, funding, and operations—to efficiently manage deals through our proprietary platform.
    • Identify and contribute to marketing initiatives that enhance business opportunities for both dealer partners and EconoLease.
    • Regularly communicate with dealers, customers, and colleagues via in-person meetings, phone calls, and email to maintain strong partnerships and ensure a seamless financing experience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or Hospitality Management
    • 2+ years of industry experience in leasing or finance related sales (preferred), OR
    • 2+ years of sales experience in Food Service/Hospitality equipment, or related industry sales (preferred

    • Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
    • Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays

    Compensation

    • $70,000 base plus commissions and a car allowance
    • Semi-annual discretionary bonus
