Job Description

Works on continuous improvement projects involved in the supply chain team's core business processes.
Analyzes data to identify opportunities to improve supply chain capacity allocations. Follows up with necessary teams (sourcing, manufacturing sites, warehouse, logistics, etc.) to ensure appropriate actions are taken for targeted subassembly and final test sites.
Monitors performance of operations, sourcing, and supply planning as related to demand and financial targets.
Communicates effectively and proactively, engaging stakeholders across the organization to facilitate NPI launch, supply allocation, and expedites as needed.
Skill Requirements:
Must be a student, enrolled in a university making forward progress towards a MS/Ph.

D. degree, preferably majoring in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Analytics.

Previous knowledge of MRP/ERP and planning processes a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high level analysis and supply planning.
Strong statistical/mathematical abilities and algorithmic modeling capabilities and knowledge of optimization techniques a plus.
Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence Software (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) a plus.
Knowledge of Machine Learning/Reinforced Learning and/or other Data Science techniques a must.
