Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Facilitate meetings and present project updates to stakeholders
- Utilize process management tools such as Visio and Smartsheet to document and track project progress
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions
- Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards and best practices
- Implement project management methodologies such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or Kanban
- Collaborate with content management system (CMS) teams to integrate new features or enhancements
- Working in and managing field operations;
- Managing inventory and inventory control.
- Managing office operations
- Managing scheduling and product procurement
- Responsible for account receivables
- Responsible for all paperwork related to the business such as filling forms out for clients, getting forms executed by end clients etc.
- Resposnible for project management, overseeing the project and cost control
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience managing complex projects within a fastpaced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Visio, Smartsheet, or similar software
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and systems integration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Must Haves:
- 5 to 10 years of low voltage experience.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Project management: 5 years (required)
- Low Voltage / IT: 5 years (required)
