Duties & Responsibilities_

Manage existing customer accounts and generate new lines of business;
Build customer relationships, consult extensively to assess customer's needs, followup throughout the sales and service cycles, and deliver high quality results;
Conduct prospecting and followups to secure profitable new business opportunities;
Manage account services through quality checks and other followups such as product issues, packaging, shipping and delivery and accounts receivable;
Able to negotiate and adjust sales price;
Develop and maintain sales strategies and current product knowledge;
Have problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer's concerns;
Develop and implement special skills to reduce stock, such as the ability to promote special products;
Prepare sales orders on a daily basis;
Assist other team members with transactions when necessary;
Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Skills & Requirements_

High school diploma required, university/college education is preferred;
2+ years of related experiences in sales (food distribution industry is preferred)
Valid full G driver's license
Traveling is required, access to a reliable car is a must;
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule;
Demonstrate initiative & ambition, must be selfmotivated and able to work independently;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command of MS Office; experience in inventory management software and social media is a plus;
Ability to speak both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an asset.
