Our Sales Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our builder and commercial sales teams by handling various responsibilities.

Such as builder take-off, quoting, data management, order entry, coordination of commercial installations and services, supplier/vendor interactions, and maintaining excellent communication with site supervisors, installers, and customers.

Car-Wal Sales Support Specialist Key Responsibilities (Southern Ontario Region):

  • Conduct builder take-offs accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and deliver timely quotes to builder clients
  • Assist in maintaining builder client relationships and addressing their inquiries
  • Manage commercial data and maintain uptodate records
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry for commercial projects
  • Coordinate commercial installation schedules and manage service requests
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and products
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure costeffective solutions
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations, scheduling and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, site supervisors, and installers
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, orders, and interactions
  • Assist in general daily operations to ensure efficient workflow
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Car-Wal Sales Support Specialist we are looking for in Southern Ontario Region:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales and customer service
  • Technical knowledge of garage doors and/or construction is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales support, preferably in the construction or building industry
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of garage doors or related products is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be require
  • Clean driver's abstract and cleared Police Reference Check.
