About the Role:

How you'll make a difference:

Document procedures in written manuals and create instructional videos including; restructuring documents as needed to enhance understanding and flow
Perform software implementation and upgrades as assigned
Create adhoc reports using SSRS and other tools/technology to aid the team with data analysis

Who you are:

Minimum of two years' experience in an Application Support or similar role that is business facing
Experience working in public practice accounting firms
Completion of a Diploma, Certificate in Information System/Information Technology or any other related fields
Experience with MS SQL Server database technology, SQL, SSRS and SSIS

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to document procedures in written manuals and create instructional videos including; restructuring documents as needed to enhance understanding and flow;

Ability to manage time and adhere to strict deadlines;
