AGT Robotics is presently looking for a Marketing Coordinator.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Copywriting (write and edit) content suitable for various marketing materials and platforms under the supervision of the Marketing Manager:
- Write and edit English content suitable for various marketing materials and platforms, including but not limited to blog post, articles, promotional pieces, advertisements, eblasts, key messages, social media posts, social media content, etc.
- Collaborate with communications and digital services (social media / web), to ensure that all English marketing materials comply with national brand standards and guidelines.
- Adjust message tone/feel to ensure it resonates with target audiences
- Proofread, acting as a resource for the English copywriting needs.
- Support the Marketing Manager in the creation, adaptation, development, and project coordination of various campaigns for international customers:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing, communications, branding and advertising activities and projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners including program leads, graphic designers, videographers, photographers, printers, etc.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices within the nonprofit and marketing sectors.
- Keeping existing document update: Powerpoint presentations, etc.
- Event planning: Help with event logistics, booth setup, lead generation management, review of the event
YOU ARE A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION IF:
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to prioritize and support a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
- Superior interpersonal skills and professional presence necessary to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
WE REALLY NEED TO MEET YOU IF:
- More than 1 year, up to and including 3 years of similar, or related general experience
- Undergraduate degree with a preferred focus of Marketing, Communications, or business management
- Experience supporting the execution of marketing and communication campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels
- English speaker
