    List of Requirements

    • Experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
    • Comfortable using computers, email, and order systems
    • Interest in apparel, branding, or promotional products is an asset

    List of Duties

    • Assist walk-in and business customers with apparel and promotional product orders
    • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
    • Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate order details
    • Recommend products and decoration options based on customer needs and budgets
    • Coordinate with the embroidery and production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
    • Follow up with clients to encourage repeat business
    • Represent Taws professionally in the community
    • Taws is a locally owned and operated business in Powell River, with a growing embroidery and promotional products department.
    • We specialize in custom apparel and branded merchandise for local businesses, schools, teams, and organizations.
    • We take pride in quality work, friendly service, and strong community relationships.
    • We are seeking a motivated and personable Full-Time Sales Representative to join our apparel and promotional products team.
    • This role focuses on assisting customers with custom apparel orders, building relationships with local businesses, and supporting the growth of our embroidery, promotional and sign business.
