    Job Summary:

  • The role involves coordinating and scheduling fluid management Vendor personnel and resources to meet customer needs efficiently and overseeing the service request lifecycle within Salesforce.
  • Potential changes to Roles and Responsibilities as process progresses.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch Fluid Management tasks through Salesforce.
  • Review and ensure accurate coding of Salesforce work orders.
  • Monitor communications for work order adjustments.
  • Process and review material haul dispatch requests and manifest offsite loads.
  • Manage equipment booking for additional resources as needed.
  • Enter non-productive time (NPT) and manage Salesforce licensing.
  • Collaborate with FMT Advisors fulfill specific maintenance job scopes.
  • Execute additional duties as directed by the FMT Coordinator.
  • Shift rotation includes day and night shifts.
  • Deliverables:

  • Efficient processing of requests following the Industrial Cleaning Material Haul Dispatch model.
  • Administration of FMT best practices.
  • Identify program/process deficiencies and report to Salesforce UAT Support Team for mitigation.
  • Maintenance of accurate records in Fluid Management Sharepoint files and Salesforce.
  • Cover vacation periods as directed by Fluid Management Coordinator.

  • Qualifications:

  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
  • 3 years of oil and gas experience with fluid hauling and industrial cleaning services.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations as relates to OH&S, TDG & Hours of Service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Compliance with Drug and Alcohol policy.
  • Work Environment:

  • Office based position in a fast-paced environment on a remote oil site
  • Working Conditions:

  • Mostly sedentary, occasional requirements to drive within plant facility and field, travel, and perform physical activities like lifting and standing.
  • Night shifts are frequent.
