Who are we looking for:


As a Project Manager/Installation Coordinator at SI Alarms Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier security solutions to our clients.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple security systems projects, ensuring the creation of safer environments in critical institutions such as hospitals, schools, multi-family buildings, and industrial facilities.

Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving client satisfaction, effective resource allocation, and the safe and timely completion of projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project objectives and establish comprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team while identifying critical installation timelines.
  • Oversee the procurement of supplies and materials required for project completion, actively participating in project cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Diligently track project resources and progress, documenting any events impacting the schedule, scope, and overall efficiency; identify and pursue opportunities for projectspecific change orders.
  • Manage projectspecific billing coordination with the Accounting team, schedule commissioning resources, expedite the return of markups for asbuilt development, and ensure the timely completion of projectspecific closeout documentation.
  • In collaboration with Sales, ensures timely contract renewal process is in place. Cultivates and maintains existing accounts and actively pursue new service and system expansion opportunities with existing service base and new clients.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of security system projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
  • Oversee project finances, including budgeting, billing, and cost management, to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Enforce quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of security system installation and integration.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, resolving challenges and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence within the project team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • A constant focus on recruitment of qualified technicians to best service our clients. As well as a focus on our existing team with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the electronic security industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of security products and technology solutions integration.
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM, Excel, and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry certifications such as Kantech, Hanwha, Avigilon, Gallagher, DSC, Honeywell etc., are desirable.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as required.
