Slot Technician Supervisor , you'll help keep the excitement on the gamingfloor by leadingprojects such as theme conversions and slot machinemoves.

Dutiesand responsibilities for our next Slot Technician Supervisor include:

  • Researches PAR sheets, conversions for all new and current games;
  • Tracks,implements and updatesall customer/service notifications and monitorsvendors notifications;
  • Completesconversion kit requestsand ensure all parts are onsite;
  • Tracks lease gamesdown time and monitorsmachine out of service database;
  • Verifiespreventative maintenance is being completed on all machines and trackinglog is updated;
  • Verifiespost activation checklists are being completedon time and sent to Auditfor tracking;
  • Responsible for inventory control and for initiating purchasing requests on behalf of Slots and other specific operationsrelated areas;
  • Ensuresprocedure for unsealed machines is being followed at all times;
  • Ensuresprojects are preparedand implemented meeting all timelines and accuracy;
  • Keeps Gaming Shift Managers updatedon technical performance/issues;
  • MonitorsSlot Technicians schedules;
  • Ensuresadherence with all policiesand procedures, including compliance with regulators, licensing laws, healthand safety and other stat
- utory requirements; and

Managesother initiatives as required.

  • Postsecondary education in a relevant field;
  • Experience in a leadership role;
  • Ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment;
  • Experience and familiarity with a highvolume, fast paced, shiftwork environment;
  • Workingknowledge of computersoftware and the abilityto learn new softwareand systems;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, customerservice and problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario;
  • Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards guests, clients; and A passion for providing Great Experiences and Memories to our internal and external guests in the continual quest of achieving service excellence.
