Role Requirements:

A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Strong mentorship skills to successful manage a high performing team
Strong technical proficiency with a good command of systems including MS Office
An understanding of business processes and a customercentric focus towards their work
Preference will be given to those with credit and collections experience

Responsible for:

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor would be responsible for:

Ensuring productivity, service standards, and expense budgets are achieved
Monitoring key performance indicators
Monitoring incoming cash on a daily basis and following up as required
Analyzing and reconciling customer accounts
Providing accurate and timely reporting to Management
Building a high performing team utilizing performance management tools
Providing ongoing guidance, leadership and direction for direct reports
Providing regular feedback and analysis to business partners to improve operations or address issues
Weekly reporting on accounts status through to upper management
