Qualifications
1 Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or equivalent experience,Minimum 5+ years of experience in Health & Welfare benefits administration across North America (U.S. and Canada), Comprehensive knowledge of health & welfare retirement volunteer benefits
and leave programs including federal state provincial laws Strong analytical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication customer service skills Ability prioritize multitask adapt changing priorities fast-paced environment CEBS certification preferred but not required Solution-oriented mindset ability build strong relationships teams Ability work independently exercise sound judgment Intermediate proficiency Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint
