About the role
We're looking for a
Claims Manager, Auto CSC to join our growing team
This opportunity can be based in either the Calgary or Edmonton office locations.
What you'll do here:
- Provide leadership and manage the operations to achieve key business goals including communicating corporate vision, and values
- Provide effective leadership by motivating staff, coaching and mentoring their teams, performance management, continuous learning and career development for front line managers and customer service representatives
- Implement and manage day to day operations to achieve key business goals and exceed customer expectations
- Monitor financial performance, productivity and report monthly to appropriate stakeholders on progress towards specific goals and objectives
- Maintain a respectful and collaborative business relationship with vendors, other COEs and internal client groups to exceed in our claims service levels
What you bring to the table:
- University degree or any combination of training and experience deemed relevant for the role
- A minimum of two years in a management function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, internal and external customers
- Experience in coaching and developing staff
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude while adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of work
- Selfstarter with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision
