Position Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Create and maintain lead generation touchpoints, with a growth mindset for each brand. Implement lead gen activities through the different channels & other external customer points of contact. Lead the change from 3rd party data to 1st party data.
Audience management: Implement strategic customer segmentation to supply a qualified audience for Marketing automation which will support a full-funnel relationship nurturing strategy
Advertising Management:

oversee all owned paid efforts for the brands. From acquisition to conversion, including re-marketing, create campaigns that aligned with each brand's strategy and optimized our ROI. Content Strategy: Work with the Brand & Creative team to fill advertising & retention channel needs

Performance Reporting:

Report on CRM & paid effort + use the insights found through analytics to implement optimization tactics for each brand

Benchmarking:

Build a strong knowledge of our customers and competition through research and analysis + implement growth opportunities and new emerging trends

Growth Strategy:

Be the voice and knowledge holder for conversion & retention performances.

Review all Marketing Campaign goals with growth and UX performance in mind and implement best practices with each channel owner.- Global Growth: Work with our International Marketing team to adapt all learnings and growth strategies to their market.

Highlight all campaigns with subsidiaries' adaptation opportunities & work together with them to adapt it to their region.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

Strong Digital Marketing background, working on multiple brands with different UX goals.
Developed data-driven approach & Google analytics knowledge
Proven writing skills with experience writing in different brand voices and tones.
Computer proficient, with the ability to learn and leverage new programs.
Shopify experience (good asset)

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Digital Marketing or similar.

Experience:

3+ years' experience working in a digital marketing team or digital agency.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office environment
Workrelated travel up to 10% of time.
Vision abilities to write, read and work in an office

Compensation Range

$54,432 - $74,843 CAD

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed above and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including jobrelated knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors._
