CanCap Management Inc. ("CCMI") is an evolving, dynamic national financial services company with head office located in downtown Toronto.

CCMI's current core business is indirect and third-party originations and servicing of auto receivables, which has been built on a foundation of best-in-class people and processes.

It manages the entire lifecycle of the receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management and post charge-off recoveries.

Most recently CCGI has expanded its operations into other consumer finance verticals such as unsecured consumer loans.


CCMI has made significant investments in its operations, IT infrastructure and processes to allow for robust, scalable and efficient on-going growth of origination and servicing activity across the consumer finance spectrum.

CCMI's excellence has also been recognized by a Schedule I bank whereby it is the primary partner for (a) an outsource of a full business line, (b) primary source of direct loan referrals, and (c) creating a unique, best of breed, consumer lending business platform.


What your day and week could look like:
Working directly with the Transformation Lead you will guide and support the execution of the strategic transformation roadmap


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Create project plans and manage dependencies following project team needs
  • Supports preparation of project documentations Business Requirements, Solutions Requirements, and Business Cases
  • Identify resource requirements, set expectations, and manage stakeholders
  • Works with the project team to establish and communicate the scope of the project
  • Conduct appropriate status review sessions and escalate issues as necessary
  • Monitors and controls project deliveries, owning the project reports
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure business needs and outcomes of the project are achieved
  • Develop a strong partnership with the Business sponsor to gain a strong understanding of requirements, and sustain open dialogue to manage product backlog and benefits
  • Manage the project budget by contributing to monthly forecasts, quarterly accruals, and year and carryforwards
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in daytoday activities and decisions
  • Actively pursues continuous improvement

How you Bring your passion for success

  • 3+ years or more in product and process project management
  • Demonstrated implementation of project management strategies, processes, and methods
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
  • Savvy skill in communicating complex technical and business concepts to nontechnical key stakeholders
  • Collaborative abilities to build and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders and achieve results
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problemsolving skills
  • Flexibility in style and approach from tactical and strategic; partnering and influencing; support and innovation
  • Capacity to prioritize and pivot with a variety of competing initiatives
  • Dependability, selfmotivation, and personal accountability
  • Upbeat and resultsoriented team contributions
  • Confident in problemsolving, negotiating, and commonsense decision making

Work Model:

Hybrid - Ability to work from the Mississauga office when required.

All interviews will be conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams.
