    About this opportunity

    We are now looking for a Radio SW Production System Technical Coordinator to join our Technical Coordinator team for RU SW Production System (Continuous Integration & Infrastructure). You will together with the team lead and drive the technical roadmap for our Production System and ensure the architecture is aligned with the SW Production and RU SW strategies. You will be responsible for strategically planning and executing on identified roadmap targets.

    What you will do

    • Drive the technical roadmap for the RU SW Production System (CI&I) and make sure it is aligned with the LPP, testability tech area, the SW Production Strategy, the RU SW Strategy and our future vision

    • Interact and align with PEU external interfaces such as EDE, EPS, EUIR EEE, EUIR PEUs, EUCR to share best practices and new ideas

    • Collaboration with Product Technical Coordinators and Test Managers within EUHW RUSW, and relevant roles in EUIR for alignment and sharing of knowledge.

    • Provide technical support to OPO Function, Track, Projects, Teams and Line.

    • Provide expertise and ability to coach, support and review internal RUSW Production System developments

    • Be involved in Early Phases

    • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes

    Qualification & Requirements

    • B.Sc, or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

    • 5+ years of working experience in Ericsson Networks software production system

    • Experience in using Unix/Linux operating systems

    • Programming or scripting in one or more of Shell (bash/tsch), Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, and/or Groovy

    • Source-code management tools like GIT /Gerrit

    • Code coverage and static analysis tools, such as SonarQube, Coveralls, or similar tools.

    • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.

    • Cloud Native applications, Microservices, Micro-frontend, and Data workflows would be an asset

    • Containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes would be an asset

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in multidisciplinary teams.

    • Knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management and Software Development Life Cycles

    • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify, troubleshoot, and document production system (CI&I) issues

    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
