We are looking for someone that can Manage the PL Renewal List and write new business as well as work on existing client accounts.

With some ICBC Renewal work on an overflow basis. Wage depends on experience.

Minimum 1 years' experience in Personal Lines.

The Personal Lines Advisor's primary focus is to provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines and Autoplan (during peak periods) policies and take responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quote and place new business as required.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Servicing ongoing client needs, advise on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommend solutions, answer inquiries, conduct are calls and process renewals
• Sell new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retain existing book of business in an effort to grow book of business
• Contact Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
• Keep current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
• Actively participate in training initiatives

Required Skills:

• Level 1 or 2 License
• Solid ICBC experience
• Personal Lines experience, minimum 1 years
• Great command of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Strong customer focus and administration skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office tools and have the ability to learn and work within insurance management systems
• We use TAM & Compuquote

$25.00-$27.00 per hour
