**Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à**:

- Préparer les différents rapports et gouvernances mensuelles afin de supporter les équipes de Développent Produit (PDT) dans la prises de décision et le suivi de leur coûts ;
- Effectuer le suivi de la performance financière des différents projets ;
- Assurer l'alignement des rapports NREC et les rapports EVM ;
- Participer aux différentes revues mensuelles, comprendre les projets majeurs de développement et évaluer leur performance financière ;
- Planifier et exécuter le cycle de planification financière des différents PDT (forecast et budget) ;
- Proposer des améliorations dans les processus, permettant une meilleure adhérence aux prévisions ;
- Agir à titre de partenaire d'affaire en supportant les PDT dans toute initiative requérant du support financier.
- Vous avez un Baccalauréat en Comptabilité, Finances ou une expérience professionnelle équivalente ;
- Vous avez plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste au sein d'une organisation finance ;
- Vous faites preuve de bonnes aptitudes de planification et d'organisation ;
- Vous avez un esprit analytique et êtes capable de remettre les processus en question.

**In your duties, you will be called upon to**:

- Prepare monthly reporting and governance to assist the Product Development Teams (PDT) in managing the cost aspect of their organization;
- Perform controlling on the financial performance of different projects;
- Ensure consistency and alignment between NREC controlling reporting and EVM reporting;
- Participate in different monthly review, ensure understanding of major projects and evaluate their financial performance;
- Participate and assist PDT team in the planning cycle (budget and forecast);
- Propose areas of optimization to improve spend adherence to plan;
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis and investigative issues and support business decision.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a college diploma with equivalent work experience;
- You have more than 3 years of experience in a finance organization;
- You demonstrate good planning and organization skills;
- You have strong analytic skills and are able to challenge mindset.
