Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers/students to promote our educational products and service, and he/she needs to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance product visibility and student engagement.

This role is responsible for sales, communication, social media management, client management and content creation.

The Sales associate may also need to travel on business purpose occasionally and collaborate with the team to organize events within the campus.

This role is based in Markham, ON and hybrid working

Qualifications

Identify and approach potential students through various channels including Wechat and 小红书.
Experience in sales, client management, social media management (小红书/微博/公众号)and marketing planning would be an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team without supervision
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
12 years of experience in a similar role would be beneficial, fresh welcome
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to travel occasionally for business purpose
Newgraduate friendly
Mandarin required
