- Creativity and the ability to maintain and operate the Spa to the 5* standards.
- Developing existing markets as well as develop strategies to identify & enter new markets to grow the spa whilst keeping abreast and ahead of the competition.
- Manage a team of highly motivated individuals
- Monitor operational quality and safety
- Monitor employee performance and support growth and development
- Establish spa budgets and financial goals.
- Inform employees of job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, and/or corporate policies and guidelines.
- 3+ years of luxury spa experience
- Practical knowledge of spa operations
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required
