    About the Job:



    The **Registered Psychiatric Nurse** will:

    • Function as a member of the Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) or Tertiary Mental Health Services team
    • Ensure timely access to evidence-based treatment for individuals with mental health issues
    • Provide assessment, treatment, case management, and community support for clients with functional impairments
    • Act as a primary clinician using specialized treatment modalities

    This role involves supporting housing/shelters for individuals using substances, offering nursing services, overdose prevention education, and more.


    This is a **CASUAL OPPORTUNITY**. Casual employees have varied hours and shifts. They can apply for permanent/temporary positions internally. Interior Health offers growth opportunities starting from casual employment to regular positions.

    Work shifts are rotating days from 8:30 to 16:30.
