We are a growing healthcare organization with several clinics within the Greater Toronto Area. Our organization provides a wide spectrum of medical services and products within the healthcare industry.

We are currently looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to join our multidisciplinary clinic located in Toronto (Major Intersection:
St. Clair and Dufferin).

This position will provide the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of clinicians all sharing the same goal of helping our clients feel better and move better.

Previous experience in a rehabilitation clinic supporting auto insurance, long term disability and WSIB referrals is a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

Assisting physiotherapist and chiropractor with client care; including use of equipment (laser therapy/shockwave/ultrasound, IFC) and exercise programs
Work collaboratively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
Collecting outcome measure data
Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
Inventory of clinical supplies
Administrative duties, as required

Qualifications:

Have a PTA Diploma or Kinesiology Degree Preferred
12 years' experience working in an interprofessional rehabilitation clinic preferred
Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationshipbuilding skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
