This is what the responsibilities of an intern may include:

Assist in the management and execution of athlete-related projects, meeting timelines, goals, and quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with athletes and clients, acting as a key liaison to address needs and concerns.
Keep up with social media trends, preparing biweekly reports with tailored content recommendations for each athlete.
Collaborate on innovative social media strategies to boost athlete branding and engagement.
Participate in scouting and evaluating potential new athletes, ensuring alignment with Dulcedo's vision and branding objectives.
Help develop branding materials and strategies that reflect each athlete's unique identity and career goals.
Establish connections with key North American media outlets, creating opportunities that match athlete brand goals.
Occasionally support inperson shoots and events, enhancing athlete representation.
Young professional or recent graduate Recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Sports Marketing, Digital Marketing or Public Relations.

Customer relationship experience that has equipped you in client-facing roles.

Content creation skills are a strong asset, with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms while also understanding metrics and KPIs.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and maintain high standards in all aspects of work.
A strong grasp of the Sports and Entertainment world, bringing a fresh and current perspective to the industry and staying informed about key players and trending topics.
Some familiarity with North American Commercial Brands, enhancing your capability to navigate the commercial landscape effectively.
Desire to build a career in the athlete marketing industry.
