Qualifications

  • 7 years business analysis experience, supporting medium to large size projects
  • 3 Years of proven consulting experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, and drafting functional designs to deliver largescale enterprise software implementation(s) in Capital Markets
  • Excellent understanding of ION XTP as asset
  • MBA, MS in finance, CFA, or relevant Post-Graduate/University degree University from reputed institution

Strong knowledge of:


  • Software design principles and development best practices in the full life cycle Standard business analysis tools, diagrams, and methodology
  • Time management and the successful engagement of multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Superior troubleshooting, problemsolving and communication skills and detailoriented work ethic
  • Ability to help manage software releases, and schedules, and to work closely with other Business Analysts and Project Managers to create the appropriate documentation that captures and moves Business needs forward
  • Superior troubleshooting, problem solving, communication (spoken and written), and management skills
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of data structures, XML and Relational databases. Ability to write basic SQL queries required to analyze large volumes of data.

Consulting Skills Required

Consulting experience in the following areas:

  • Techno-functional skills in business requirements and data analysis
  • Medium to large project experience interacting with client teams, consultants, and vendors
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to details and quality of deliverables
